Mahdi & Mamun is a long-form Bangladeshi podcast, hosted by author Muntasir Mahdi and Abdullah Al Mamun. Each episode is a 1–3 hour conversation in Bangla with one guest who has done the work: hiring, freelancing, building a business, leading sales, running logistics.
The goal is simple: build Bangladesh's largest library of evergreen learning, based on real human experience. No trends, no news cycles, no hype and no celebrity chasing. Every episode is designed as a masterclass on one topic, so a learner can still use it ten years from now.
The show covers five areas: career and professional growth, business building, leadership and decision-making, skills and systems thinking, and life lessons from real experience, always in the Bangladeshi context with global thinking.
